South Africa

Where it all started for Matt - his love of Africa, wildlife and travel began in this amazingly diverse and rich country. South Africa has amazing wildlife, beautiful landscapes, and some of the best food and wine that the world has to offer. You can create the most amazing holiday itinerary taking in the animal-rich bushveld of the Greater Kruger, heading to one of Earth’s most vibrant cities in Cape Town, exploring the Battlefields and culture-rich KwaZulu Natal, and ending on a stunning coastline on the Garden Route. South Africa has something for everyone, and should be on everyone’s bucket list.

Banff, Canada

Tucked deep within the Canadian Rockies, Banff is a masterpiece of rugged grandeur and serene alpine beauty. Turquoise lakes shimmer beneath towering snow-capped peaks and wildlife roams freely across untouched valleys. Whether blanketed in winter’s crystalline stillness or glowing under the long golden days of summer, Banff exudes a timeless magic that captures the soul of every traveller. Days here unfold at a blissfully unhurried pace — glide across Lake Louise, soak in natural hot springs, or simply breathe in the mountain air that feels purer than anywhere else on earth. Our founder, Hugo, spent a winter season in Banff, skiing, exploring, and immersing himself in the mountain life. Hugo would love to return in the spring to see bears reappear from their hibernation and the lakes in all their glory.

Argentina

A land of staggering contrasts and boundless spirit, Argentina sweeps travellers from the thundering magnificence of Iguazú Falls to the vast, wind-carved plains of Patagonia. Its cities pulse with a cultural richness all of their own—Buenos Aires dances with elegance and energy, where European charm blends effortlessly with Latin warmth. Venture further and you’ll meet gaucho traditions on the pampas, world-class vineyards in Mendoza, and glaciers that groan and glitter under the southern sun. Argentina invites exploration on an epic scale, rewarding every curiosity with unforgettable flavour, drama, and beauty. For those drawn to both adventure and indulgence, it is a destination that delivers in spectacular fashion. Hugo spent over 3 months exploring South America, and Argentina was by far his favourite destination, with his particular favour for large steaks and bold red wines coming to the fore.

Iceland

The dramatic lava flows, the imposing glaciers, the powerful geyser fields, the desolate coasts - there are not enough superlatives to describe the stark beauty of Iceland. The country is a photographer’s dream; everywhere you step feels otherworldly, and each vista as breathtaking as the last. Each season brings new spectacles. It is a land that is constantly changing and allows for the most wonderful experiences as a traveller. With such a short flight from the UK, one can visit for just a long weekend and feel you have stepped through time and space.

Borneo, Malaysia

The world’s third largest island is a sight to behold, filled with echoing rainforests, stunning beaches, and beautiful people and culture. Borneo is definitely one of our more rustic destinations in the world of “the luxury traveller”, but for those interested in the natural world it is an absolute must. The vast expanse of the Kinabatangan River, the dark corners of the Danum Valley, and the towering might of Mt. Kinabalu all hold natural secrets which need to be seen to be believed. Our founder Matt visited in 2025 and fell in love with Borneo and Malaysia more widely, and is dying to go back and explore more of their untold mysteries.

Greece

Few places on earth blend myth, colour, and coastline quite like Greece. From the sun-drenched whitewashed villages of the Cyclades to the storied ruins of ancient Athens, the country is a tapestry of history and hedonism woven together. The Aegean sparkles with irresistible clarity, inviting long, lazy days drifting between secluded coves and vibrant harbours. Inland, olive groves and mountain villages offer a quieter charm, where life moves at a wonderfully leisurely pace and hospitality is a true art form. Hugo has become one of the industry’s top experts in European holidays, and travels to Greece more than any other country which is a testament to its brilliance and never-ending pleasures.
